I suspect that no-one ever has tried to calculate that so here goes……OK, a red blood cell has an average volume of 100 microns cubed and the universe is 8.8×10 to the -26 meters, but the universe is expanding so….where’s my calculator……can’t find it….I’ll have to use my fingers… …6,7,8,9……..drat I lost count. Can you come back to me in about 32 years when I have finished counting?

Seeing as we don’t have a definite answer for how big the universe is, I best guess would be to infinity and beyond!
