• Question: What do you like to do in your spare time?

      It’s running for me…..after the Live Chat last night, I went for a long run in London. It helps to clear my mind and keeps me fit.

      When I don’t run, I like to read or watch TV or listen to sport on the radio or eat or sleep.

      I enjoy going to the gym, watching tv, drinking cocktails and planning my wedding (it’s in 3 months eek!).

      I used to play a lot of sport, rugby, football cricket and volleyball. But now I have two small children (7 & 5) so I don’t get much spare time, I do like to go to the park and have a kick-a-bout with them, but most of my sport is on TV nowadays

      Lots of things! I run an online shop as well as my work as a scientist so I don’t get a huge amount of spare time, but when I do I like going to the cinema, going out to eat, swimming, hot yoga, drawing, reading, and spending time with my friends 🙂
