Question: I know you have slightly answered this question in your bio but what is your main goal in your terrific journey of being a scientist and what do you tell yourself when things get rough.

  My main goal is to hopefully be involved in a drug that is successful in getting to market and being sold to patients. When times get rough, I like to remind myself the reason why we are doing what we do in clinical trials and that is to help improve patients lives. I remind myself of all the medicines that have helped my loved ones and that helps inspire me to carry on.
