I like that science is varied! Look at all of the scientists in this zone, we all work on something completely different but yet we are all scientists with a common goal to help understand and make sense of the world with live in and hopefully one day make it a better place by helping to solve problems it faces.

I like that science means always learning something new – sometimes in the research that I’m doing I can be the first person to know something in the whole world, that’s pretty exciting! I also like that science means that you can work with lots of different people; I work in a big team and the people in it are brilliant so I’m always learning from them 🙂

Science is for the curious – those people individuals who want to find out more about the world around them and who use scientific approaches in their work.

I like it because it helps us understand the world (and universe) around us and if we use this knowledge wisely it can make our lives better!
